Dental Warranty

At Summit Dental Care, our goal is to provide exceptional dental care, with a gentle touch, for every patient. Dental treatment may range from a simple one-surface filling on a tooth to a full mouth reconstruction with multiple implants. We take time to talk to patients and examine their smiles. With a greater understanding, we tailor treatment plans together, delivering the smiles our patients want.

Very rarely do other dentists guarantee their work. We are proud to stand behind our services and give full warranty coverage.
We offer a lifetime warranty for breaking or chipping crowns, free lifetime follow-up exams of all implants performed in our office, a ten-year limited warranty for the dental implant body, and a seven-year warranty for dental fillings on adult teeth (not baby teeth).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The guarantee will be reduced or invalid if::

• Oral hygiene maintenance is neglected (e.g., the recommended schedule of hygiene, X-rays, and exams is not performed)

• Dentists instructions are not followed

• Not all the recommended dental treatments are performed by our office (e.g., we perform an implant in our office, but the implant-supported crown is made at another office)

• Gum tissue or bone is naturally reducing

• There are medical conditions or habits which may have unfavorable effects on the jawbone or teeth (e.g., smoking may cause dental implant failure, chemotherapy, etc.)

• There is damage caused by sports or accidents

• Payment obligations are not fulfilled

After completion of treatment, patients receive a copy of their written warranty.

EXTENT OF THIS GUARANTE:

If there is a dental implant or crown failure, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. This warranty does not include any travel or accommodation costs.
